Timberland PRO Powertrain EV Women's Composite Toe Electrical Hazard Athletic Work Shoe
The Powertrain EV is the latest reiteration of the popular Powertrain line offered by Timberland PRO. This EV version contains improved comfort technologies, is non-metallic and has a highly slip-resisting rubber outsole. Built on a women's last, these work athletics have a combination upper of ripstop nylon and Raptek. No metal components, so no scratching up against surfaces and easy pass through metal detectors. Cemented to the upper is an EVA midsole with rubber skin outsole. This outsole is slip-resisting to ASTM standards and is non-marking. The insulating bottoms of these boots provide electrical hazard protection on dry surfaces to ASTM F2413 electrical hazard standards. A composite safety toe meets ASTM F2413 standards for impact and compression. Within the shoe is a lining containing recycled ReBOTL material, an Anti-Fatigue footbed and a non-metallic shank for arch support. Footwear is built with nail-free construction using steel composition toe caps to help insulate you from the ground retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock.
