The Timberland PRO Endurance Steel Toe Puncture-Resisting Work Hiker supplies both safety and comfort.
Meeting ASTM F2413 and CSA Grade 1 standards for protective toe footwear, these boots have you covered with a steel toe, underfoot puncture resisting plate. The boot also is electrical hazard resisting to ASTM standards. Timberland PRO incorporates anti-fatigue technology for all-day comfort. An embedded fiberglass shank supports arches and provides stability and the polyurethane midsole supplies cushion. There also is a padded collar for comfort around the ankle area of these 6-inch lace-up boots. These boots will last a long time. Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction using steel composition toe caps to help insulate you from the ground retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Puncture Resistant
PR footwear reduces the possibility of sharp objects (nails, glass or metal) penetrating through the outsole causing injury to the foot. Protection is provided by a steel or puncture resistant material imbedded in the insole of the footwear.

CSA Approved - Sole Puncture Protection with Grade 1 Protective Toe
Grade 1 protective toe will withstand up to 125 joules (50 lbs) dropped from 0.6 m. Sole puncture protection is designed to withstand a force of not less than 1200 Newtons (270 lbs) and resist cracking after being subjected to 1.5 million flexes. -
