Named after a port in Norway, the Narvik has a direct-injected, 13-inch black thermal polyurethane (PU) upper with lightweight injected PU midsole, making this boot watertight. Feet will remain warm in a cold environment with a comfort rating up to -22 degrees F. The same thermal properties help to keep feet cool in warm environments, making these boots much more comfortable than traditional rubber boots.
A moisture-wicking neo-spacer lining helps maintain a healthy environment while feet rest comfortably upon a removable PU footbed. Underfoot a heavy-duty, all-terrain rubber outsole is heat, slip, oil and acid-resisting. The tread pattern on the Narvik has open channels, allowing liquid to easily disperse and materials to easily shed from the bottom of the boot. A kickoff plate affixed to the back of the boot assist with removal of these boots.
Terra Firma-Flex technology gives you a metal-free safety boot that meets both ASTM F2413 and CSA Grade 1 safety standards. The Narvik has a composite safety toe and is electrical-hazard resisting. An internal metatarsal (met) guard, made of XRD material, flexes with movement, yet hardens upon impact, protecting sensitive bones on the top of your feet. Soles of feet are protected from sharps, like nails, with a puncture-resisting composite plate.

Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction using steel composition toe caps to help insulate you from the ground retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meets and exceeds ASTM F2413-05 electrical hazard standards.
Puncture Resistant
PR footwear reduces the possibility of sharp objects (nails, glass or metal) penetrating through the outsole causing injury to the foot. Protection is provided by a steel or puncture resistant material imbedded in the insole of the footwear.
Metatarsal Guard
Footwear offering metatarsal protection is designed to prevent or reduce injuries when the toe and metatarsal areas of the foot are exposed to "drop" hazards. Metatarsal protection safety shoes may be constructed with either internal or external metatarsal guards.
Waterproof
This product is built with quality waterproofing materials to keep you dry in wet environments.
Insulated
Traditional insulation - typically felt orpolyfill material offers a thermal barrierwithout the added benefits of premiuminsulations.

CSA Approved - Sole Puncture Protection with Grade 1 Protective Toe
Grade 1 protective toe will withstand up to 125 joules (50 lbs) dropped from 0.6 m. Sole puncture protection is designed to withstand a force of not less than 1200 Newtons (270 lbs) and resist cracking after being subjected to 1.5 million flexes.
