By constructing the upper of this Rocky Great Oak Logger out of full-grain leather, this 9" work boot is particularly durable and comfortable to wear. The padded collar and tongue provide additional comfort. Rocky incorporated a brush guard kiltie into the design; it is a great feature to have because it does an excellent job at stopping small objects -like twigs, small pebbles, grass, clumps of dirt, etc. - from getting into the interior.
So, that you are able to control and adjust throughout the day how these Great Oak Loggers fit, Rocky put these work boots together with a lace-to-toe design. To make getting these work boots off at the end of the day an easy process, a pull loop has been positioned on the back of the footwear.
In order for this men's work boot to be breathable, thoroughly waterproof as well as windproof, Rocky had to build the footwear with GORE-TEX® fabric. A soft and lightweight lining has been added to keep these Loggers from rubbing against your legs and the cushioned footbed will alleviate discomfort as you move throughout the day.
For the bottom of the Logger, Rocky selected this powerful-looking Vibram® rubber outsole. While it is durable, you'll appreciate the fact that it is also lightweight, slip and oil-resistant and flexible.
