Iron Age Solidifier Men's Moc Composite Toe Electrical Hazard Waterproof Work Boot
Good looks with durable work features make the Solidifier by Iron Age a stand out on and off the jobsite.
This 8-inch lace up boot has a brown leather upper with a moc toe style that gives a nod to the past, yet provides a composite toe certified to ASTM 2413 standards. Affixed with cement construction and adorned with a decorative stop stitch is an impact-absorbing, comfortable polyurethane outsole in a contrasting cream color. A defined heel with a ladder latch feature makes these boots ideal for climbing up rungs of a ladder. Chemical and slip-resisting properties provided additional protection underfoot. And the Solidifier meets ASTM safety work footwear standards for resisting electrical hazards.
Your feet will thank you. Inside these boots are lined with a nylon mesh that houses the Hydrotex waterproof system, which allows moisture to escape out the boot, yet won't let the wet enter. A BOOTBED™ removable insole is constructed with open cell PU and memory foam providing cushion and comfort. And a padded collar and tongue snug ankles. Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction using steel composition toe caps to help insulate you from the ground retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meets and exceeds ASTM F2413-05 electrical hazard standards.
