Carhartt Detroit Men's Carbon Nano Toe Electrical Hazard Leather Work Shoe
The Detroit, by Carhartt, is a leather safety oxford with the comfort of an athletic. This lace-up, in a Carhartt brown color, has a nano safety toe and is electrical hazard resisting to the ASTM F2413 standard. Cemented to the upper is a LWD midsole affixed to a flat outsole rubber tractions pods that passes ASTM F3445 standards for slip on wet and dry surfaces. Additional features include a nylon shank for arch support, removable Insite Footbed, lining with FastDry moisture-wicking technology and a generous toe box. Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction using steel composition toe caps to help insulate you from the ground retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meets and exceeds ASTM F2413-05 electrical hazard standards.
