Carhartt Rugged Flex Composite Toe Waterproof Insulated CSA-Approved Wellingtons are great work boots, especially if your job is industrial.
These Cahartt work boots provide on-the-job protection. The composite toe meets ASTM standards for impact and compression. These boots also meets ASTM standards for electrical hazard resistance and puncture resistance. They meet CSA standards for protective toe, puncture resistance and electrical shock.
With these boots, your feet are protected not only from hazards, but from the elements as well. The wellingtons are waterproof and have 400 grams of 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation.
The rubber outsoles resist oil, heat and slips; and these boots are chemical-resistant.
The Carhartt wellington boots feature oil-tanned leather and tough, abrasion-resistant neoprene.

Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction using steel composition toe caps to help insulate you from the ground retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meets and exceeds ASTM F2413-05 electrical hazard standards.
Puncture Resistant
PR footwear reduces the possibility of sharp objects (nails, glass or metal) penetrating through the outsole causing injury to the foot. Protection is provided by a steel or puncture resistant material imbedded in the insole of the footwear.
Waterproof
This product is built with quality waterproofing materials to keep you dry in wet environments.
Insulated
Traditional insulation - typically felt orpolyfill material offers a thermal barrierwithout the added benefits of premiuminsulations.

CSA Approved - Sole Puncture Protection with Grade 1 Protective Toe
Grade 1 protective toe will withstand up to 125 joules (50 lbs) dropped from 0.6 m. Sole puncture protection is designed to withstand a force of not less than 1200 Newtons (270 lbs) and resist cracking after being subjected to 1.5 million flexes. -
