McRae Industrial Extreme Heat Steel Toe Internal Met Guard Work Boot
Do you need a boot that can stand up to tough working conditions? You will want the McRae Industrial Extreme Heat Steel Toe Internal Met Guard Work Boot.
This tough boot has a full-grain leather upper. The upper is sewn with Nomex fire-resistant thread; four rows in high-stress areas. This rugged boot's hardware is set on stainless steel washers for added toughness. It has a weather-resistant storm welt construction. A tempered steel shank will help the boot hold its shape and support your arch.
This boot meets the ASTM standard for protective toe and electrical hazard. The flexible internal metatarsal guard also meets the ASTM standard. This pot-room boot is also Alcoa dip-test approved. Underfoot, the Navigator rubber outsole is oil-, heat-, and slip-resistant will help you keep your footing.
McRae has not forgotten comfort. The moisture-wicking lining will help to keep your feet dry. The removable PU comfort orthotic supports your feet while EVA midsole absorbs shock from the boot impacting the ground.

Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction using steel composition toe caps to help insulate you from the ground retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meets and exceeds ASTM F2413-05 electrical hazard standards.
Metatarsal Guard
Footwear offering metatarsal protection is designed to prevent or reduce injuries when the toe and metatarsal areas of the foot are exposed to "drop" hazards. Metatarsal protection safety shoes may be constructed with either internal or external metatarsal guards. -
