With a flame-resistant, 10.0 oz. quilted Nomex® insulation and a flame-resistant 4.5 oz., 93 percent Nomex® aramid/5 percent Kevlar® aramid/2 percent other fiber outer shell, you're getting the best protection. In fact, this vest jacket liner has an Arc protection rating of ATPV 37.0 cal/cm2 and an HRC 3 rating.
The work vest fits with many jackets, snapping into JNJ8, JLB8 and JLJ8 jackets. You also can wear it by itself. It's designed with pockets that definitely are useful if you wear this men's vest alone. You get two large inset slash-welted pockets and an inside chest pocket.
It's also a convenient vest. It has a concealed snap-front closure that closes quickly and easily, even with one hand. The rib knit collar adds a nice finish to the blue vest.
The 10 ounces of of quilted Nomex insulation give you an extra layer of warmth against the cold.
