Extreme conditions call for extreme protection. With the men's RefrigiWear Extreme Freezer boot, feet will be warm, comfortable and protected with certified CSA and ASTM safety features.
This 9-inch waterproof pull-on boot has a combination leather/nylon upper with rubber toe and heel guards. Generous, wide pull handles help you step in and place the boots on feet. Inside the boot 1400 grams of 3M Thinsulate Ultra Insultation, a product that provides warmth without the bulk, keeps feet warm. A moisture-managing DRI-BLAZE lining helps feet remain dry and comfortable. For additional comfort, this RefrigiWear features a proprietary VitaComfort system, giving you a premium insole and supportive, shock-absorbing midsole. Underfoot the Anti-slip RefrigiWear outsole is ultra slip resistant, keeping you on your feet.
ASTM- and CSA-certified safety features give you a boot that is compliant with many workplace regulations. Earning a CSA Grade 1 rating, this freezer boot has a composite protective toe and a puncture-resistant plate. Toes are protected from impact and compression and soles are protected from sharp objects underfoot. The Extreme Freezer boot also is complies with ESR/electrical hazard requirements.

Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction using steel composition toe caps to help insulate you from the ground retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meets and exceeds ASTM F2413-05 electrical hazard standards.
Puncture Resistant
PR footwear reduces the possibility of sharp objects (nails, glass or metal) penetrating through the outsole causing injury to the foot. Protection is provided by a steel or puncture resistant material imbedded in the insole of the footwear.
Waterproof
This product is built with quality waterproofing materials to keep you dry in wet environments.
Insulated
Traditional insulation - typically felt orpolyfill material offers a thermal barrierwithout the added benefits of premiuminsulations.

CSA Approved - Sole Puncture Protection with Grade 1 Protective Toe
Grade 1 protective toe will withstand up to 125 joules (50 lbs) dropped from 0.6 m. Sole puncture protection is designed to withstand a force of not less than 1200 Newtons (270 lbs) and resist cracking after being subjected to 1.5 million flexes.
