LaCrosse Aero Insulator Men's Composite Toe Metatarsal Insulated Waterproof Work Boot
The men's Aero Insulator by LaCrosse is made to keep you safe and comfortable in extreme cold. Made with proprietary AeroForm technology, these boots will keep feet warm without weighing you down. ASTM-certified features will keep you safe on the jobsite.
Built with a neoprene and polyurethane AeroForm shell, these boots are warm and lightweight, providing a comfort rating of -60 to 32-degrees F. AeroForm insulation wrapped around the foot supplies warmth where you need it most with 15mm covering the tops of feet and 20mm underfoot. This innovative lightweight material is flexible, won't tear, crack or fade. Polyurethane reinforcement panels affixed to the shin area provides additional durability.
Waterproof and lined with fleece, these comfortable boots have an active fit that allows you to easily pull on and then lock your foot into place. Feet will rest upon a comfortable polyurethane footbed. A kickoff heel helps you to these remove these 14-inch boots after a long day.
No metal components are used, so there is no metal conduct the cold. Instead a composite material used in the protective toe meets ASTM requirements for impact and compression. This boot also meets requirements for metatarsal protection and is electrical hazard resisting. Underfoot a winter tread outsole promotes stability and grips wet surfaces.

Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction using steel composition toe caps to help insulate you from the ground retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meets and exceeds ASTM F2413-05 electrical hazard standards.
Metatarsal Guard
Footwear offering metatarsal protection is designed to prevent or reduce injuries when the toe and metatarsal areas of the foot are exposed to "drop" hazards. Metatarsal protection safety shoes may be constructed with either internal or external metatarsal guards.
