This 8-inch lace-up work boot meets ASTM and CSA Grade 1 standards for electrical hazard resistance and, with a low profile carbon fiber toe, impact and compression. A SWEN-FLEX insole board makes these puncture-resisting, providing another level of protection against sharps you might step upon. Metal-free construction is non-marring and security-friendly.
An upper constructed with waterproof brown leather is durable and breathable. A padded collar and tongue snug the Achilles area and provide support. The waterproof membrane keeps feet dry and a rebound foam insole makes feet comfortable. Flexible direct attach construction a midsole with a 90-degree heel and affixes a TPU/PU outsole that is slip- and oil-resisting.

Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction using steel composition toe caps to help insulate you from the ground retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meets and exceeds ASTM F2413-05 electrical hazard standards.
Puncture Resistant
PR footwear reduces the possibility of sharp objects (nails, glass or metal) penetrating through the outsole causing injury to the foot. Protection is provided by a steel or puncture resistant material imbedded in the insole of the footwear.

CSA Approved - Sole Puncture Protection with Grade 1 Protective Toe
Grade 1 protective toe will withstand up to 125 joules (50 lbs) dropped from 0.6 m. Sole puncture protection is designed to withstand a force of not less than 1200 Newtons (270 lbs) and resist cracking after being subjected to 1.5 million flexes.
